Once you submit the form, I’ll review it within the first 24hrs and send you a quote via email or Instagram DMs.

By filling out and submitting the form, acknowledge that all designs, even those inspired by your reference images, are subject to my own interpretation and may not be exact replicas. Colours, finishes, and 3D elements might vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and hand-finishing techniques.

Freestyles sets:

For freestyle sets, message me directly with your inspirations, preferred tier, nail shape, length, and nail width measurements. Based on your input, I’ll create a custom sketch, which typically takes between 2 days to 1 week depending on my current workload. Once the sketch is ready, I’ll share it with you for approval before you proceed with your purchase. Don’t hesitate to request any tweaks or alterations and I’m here to ensure you get exactly what you envision and I’m more than happy to make adjustments for you. 

Processing time:
- The processing time for custom orders takes between 1-2 weeks. However, if I do need extended time I will message you.

Sizing:
- It’s important that you measure your nails accurately and provide the correct sizing. For the best results, please follow my sizing guide to ensure a perfect fit.
- (Optional) If your natural nails are more curved or flat, feel free to send me a picture of your nails, or simply let me know by messaging whether they are curved or flat. This will help ensure the best fit for your press-on nails.

Replacement Nails:
- If any nails are lost or damaged, they can be replaced for £3.50 each. However, if replacements are needed with a set purchase, they will be provided at no extra cost.

Refunds:
- Please note that I cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to sizing errors. Be sure to double-check your order details before completing payment, as no changes can be made once your order has shipped. If you realize you have entered the wrong measurements, please contact me promptly via email or direct message on Instagram before your set has been shipped.
-However, if you change your mind about the purchase, I do accept cancellations and full refunds on the same day the order is placed—just reach out via email or Instagram.
-Additionally, in the rare event that you receive the wrong size due to an error on my part, please get in touch, and I will promptly correct the issue at no additional cost to you.

PLEASE NOTE For international customers, nail glue is not included due to shipping restrictions that prohibit the transport of hazardous materials from the UK.
